Hi, my name is Shola. I’m a daughter of ministers, wife to a minister, relative to several ministers, teacher of ministers, and hopefully mother of ministers. I am a Rest Theologian.
I started TROG because I have witnessed the damage that happens when people do not balance work and rest. Individuals, family, the church, and the whole society suffers when we do not rest.
I am here to proclaim the good news that
your rest is sacred
it is God’s gift to you.
